It's adorable how worried she is about giving him something in return. She doesn't seem to realize that, for him, her company is all the reward he needs. Helping to nurture and foster wayward teens and preteens is a habit he doesn't mind keeping, especially when they don't seem to have any real parent-figures in their life. They all need guidance and as someone who was that age not all that long ago, he's happy to oblige.
"For as long as you need, my home is your home." Again, it's not the first time he's taken in wayward souls about her age. And she seems much more down to earth than the last visitors he had in his home.
The part about dreams makes him worry a bit, though. "Strange dreams?" He doesn't want to pry, but it seems like something he should know about so he can give a simple explanation if Gracia asks.
